The quote put forth by WHO in 1948 “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity” is something which all of us must pay serious attention to.
The disease counts have been rising over the years and the discovery of new diseases is not something that all of us can be happy about. In order to keep ourselves fit we need to enroll in some kind of activity that would make us engaged both physically and mentally.
When you think of such an activity, one thing that comes to our mind will be the youth boot camps or workout camps but these fitness camps more often than not will focus upon weight loss programs and are at most times for specific age groups.
